I was able to Redesign this with a Totally New Modification  and replaced the heavy top rubber cup (31 g in weight) with a much lighter 2 1/2 inch diameter flat top (ONLY 9 g in weight!)
Look at the photos in the listing above. 
It's just basic physics, since the motor was designed to move something much heavier and now it only has to move something less than 1/3 of the original weight, it mixes faster and much much stronger! It mixes unbelievably well beyond all my EXPECTATIONS!
