31.25 mm Hole diameter.
Paint rack dimensions are 11" wide X 13" deep X 8 1/2" TALL.
Made of 3mm Baltic birch plywood, very strong! 
(No MDF! It swells when it gets wet so I don't use it!)
Easy to assemble. Comes with Assembly Instructions. I recommend CA glue plus some zip kicker, or a hot glue gun. This will give you the fastest bond.
1 day handling time. Shipping will occur the next day.
